1. Which payment methods are available?
After you place an order, you can choose one of two payment options: bank transfer or card/PayPal payment. For the second option, a 5% Paypal fee will be added to the total price.
Please do NOT pay immediately after placing an order and wait until our sales team contacts you to confirm the final order value and delivery time.
2. Can I pay with a currency other than EUR?
Yes, we accept bank transfer payments in EUR, USD, and PLN. Paypal payments are accepted in EUR and USD. Card payments are accepted only in EUR. Please leave us a message if you wish to receive a quote in a currency different from EUR.
3. Do you ship to [your country]?
We ship our orders globally. The shipping price depends on the destination region and the size of your order.
5. I want to place a big order. Can I get a discount?
Yes! We offer discounts if you order a minimum of 10 units. Each case can be evaluated individually, so don't hesitate to contact us directly!
6. How long will I wait for my order?
Depending on what you ordered and our stock availability, the delivery may take from a few days to a few weeks. Our sales team will inform you about the lead time when you place your order.
7. I want to order for a university. Can I pay after the order is delivered?
Yes, we provide invoices with a 14- or 30-days payment terms for universities and government entities in European Union. For other customers, the order will be proceeded after prepayment.
8. I order as a company and need a 0% VAT invoice. Can you provide that?
The prices in our online shop are net prices. You will pay 23% VAT only if you order as a private person within EU, or when the order is delivered to Poland. Otherwise, you'll be provided with a 0% VAT invoice.
9. Which brushless motors can you provide?
MAB Robotics is the official distributor of CubeMars/T-Motor brushless motors, and a standard range of products from this company is available in our shop. Furthermore, we're not limited only to this company, and we can provide any brushless motor from the market for you or prepare a customized version. If you can't find a suitable product, contact us.
